is now an opportunity to be a part of this inspiring team; Houben
House is recruiting for a Relief Assistant Support Worker.
The role of Relief Assistant Support Worker is an inspirational one
and key to achieving successful outcomes for clients. As a motivated
Relief Assistant Support Worker you will be responsible for assisting
with delivering a quality programme of support promoting client choice
and control. You will address clients support needs, enable them to
make positive life choices and empower them to lead more sustainable
lifestyles.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:
